Overview

This device helps reduce electricity consumption in guest rooms at hotels and lodges. It is one of the most effective technical solutions for property owners to manage energy usage and improve environmental efficiency, ensuring maximum comfort.

It operates using the guest’s room access card. The card can be used to activate or deactivate a designated group of electrical components (e.g., lights and air conditioning) in hotel rooms, meeting rooms, or offices. After entering the room, the guest inserts the card into the power holder, which then activates the connected devices such as lighting and air conditioning. When the guest leaves and removes the card, the system automatically shuts off the connected devices after 40 seconds.
